Leadership Is Crap - Anonymous employee Brakes Plus Employee Review

The Store Manager is afraid to make any major decisions due to Corporate always micromanaging. Everyone is expected to work more than 10 hours each day which is burning out the employees. There is no time to be home with the family and management doesn't seem to care as long as they make as much money as possible. Even though quotas are met, leadership thinks it is never enough and you need to work harder and longer. We can't turn away customers even if it's almost closing time (techs still need to diagnose, parts get ordered and delivered, then vehicle get worked on) because they want to make the sale instead of looking out for their employees who have already been there for 10 hours.
