      Nice discounts and can make good pay

      Cons

      Upper management only cares about surface level sales relationships. High stress, long hours, and poor leadership. Service advisors are taught to say and do anything to make the sale, even if they can't deliver promises.

      It pays more than unemployment.

      Cons

      The hours are ridiculous. They have found a loop hole to paying Overtime. The pay you as a commissioned salesperson while demanding you work at least 50 hours per week. I make 25% less than the signed documents that I have. Don't miss a day of work because they will deduct 20% of your pay, even though you're working 50+ per week. It is a horrible company.
