Work/life balance Is terrible. Downward communication from upper management was a joke. If you don't have a foreman looking out for you, you're done.

Lot's and Lot's of Paperwork, rules, Mandates, general Policies and procedures. Some fairly great hour's, and reasonable pay scale. Not much Home time --unless it rains the Jobs out. Then, there is too much Home time.

Cons

Supposed to report all violation's and error's of other Driver's or You will be held accountable, also.
