      Pros

      Lot's and Lot's of Paperwork, rules, Mandates, general Policies and procedures. Some fairly great hour's, and reasonable pay scale. Not much Home time --unless it rains the Jobs out. Then, there is too much Home time.

      Cons

      Supposed to report all violation's and error's of other Driver's or You will be held accountable, also.

      Pros

      Dispatch center was open to suggestions for improvement. Rotated in several different departments to get a better understanding of operations. Were accommodating with work/life balance, especially in the case of family emergencies. Coworkers fostered an environment of mutual respect and helped me develop into the position.

      Cons

      Structure of internship program not formally organized or implemented. Had to find my own work and projects to interact with.
