Pros
The company culture is excellent, there is a significant emphasis on the health and well being of their employees. The internship program is very well established, and interns have the opportunity to work on many different types of projects in very meaningful roles. Intern coordinators do a good job of working with the interns to find projects and locations where they would like to be placed. Brasfield & Gorrie is one of the best general contractors in the business.
Cons
The hours can be very long, which is typical in the construction industry. Employees are required to move where the work is, which can sometimes mean moving often and to places that are less than ideal.
