      -You learn a lot -Hands on experience -Great people -Decent pay with a chance to work a lot overtime -You get to work on a variety of different projects -Good company morals

      Cons

      -The only con I can think of is the weird hours you could end up working

      Pros

      Great with time off. Decent benefits. The ESOP is wonderful and there are plenty of opportunities for travel! Plenty of overtime opportunities.

      Cons

      Work hours can be different everyday. Somedays I would be done at 2pm some I wouldn't leave the office until 8pm.
