      Being good at what they do causes workload to get pretty demanding from time to time.

      Pros

      Great with time off. Decent benefits. The ESOP is wonderful and there are plenty of opportunities for travel! Plenty of overtime opportunities.

      Cons

      Work hours can be different everyday. Somedays I would be done at 2pm some I wouldn't leave the office until 8pm.
