      NONE!!!! Wish I could give 0 stars

      No flexible schedules See too many patients in a day even though you are told many will not show up Seems like this is the only mental health company that truly does not care about the mental health of its employees. Burnout is a real possibility in a short time frame.

      Pros

      Remote and the company provides the equipment. PTO. The clients are great to work with , best part of the job .

      Cons

      No raise In sight. You will be micromanaged and made to feel like you cannot do anything right. You will burn out. I honestly am leaving therapy and mental health for now and looking into another career. You end the day feeling so drained and questioning your abilities as a therapist.
