Pros
I absolutely love the people I worked with so many amazing relationships were built from working there. The pay, PTO, and benefits are very competitive. I love that the company provides great training that is applicable to more than just the job. They provide you with lots of feedback and encourage innovation. Lastly, they empower leaders and associates alike.
Cons
They'll fire people at any given moment for the smallest reasons. Even if you've been employed with them for 15+ or 20+ years. I feel like it's a dirty way for them to save some money. Also, there are way too many unnecessary meetings and the corporate politics are ridiculous to say the least.
