      Pros

      Company has awsome benefits. Low cost of insurance. They also allow you to attend a funeral of a loved one or a friend paid.

      Cons

      Too many politics. No grace period for logging into the phone. Not willing to listen to Frontline employees. Not willing to fix banking practices.

      Pros

      There are some really great and knowledgeable people to work with and learn from and most...most are cooperative and helpful. I DID have a few wonderful supervisors who really helped me learn and progress

      Cons

      The previous post couldn't have said it better. Leadership is completely out of touch and does little to help anyone and is there to serve correctives. And once you hit one like that and you don't mesh..they will look for ways to get people out that they seem a threat..bc they ARE helpful.
