Decent pay for a call center

Horrible training. Ridiculous 100% Attendance Policy. Employees can request to end their shifts early EVERYDAY. Dealing with entitled customers who don't pay their bills and scream at you until you waive the late fees.

Pros

There are some really great and knowledgeable people to work with and learn from and most...most are cooperative and helpful. I DID have a few wonderful supervisors who really helped me learn and progress

Cons

The previous post couldn't have said it better. Leadership is completely out of touch and does little to help anyone and is there to serve correctives. And once you hit one like that and you don't mesh..they will look for ways to get people out that they seem a threat..bc they ARE helpful.
