      - pay was great - overall message was great - work life balance WAS okay until changes in the management

      Cons

      - poor growth programs - understanding of employees individuality is only at high level - once you are not part of the clique you are pushed out - the employees are scared to whistle blow on any of these actions - for those that are new they live in bliss, once the truth comes out they are bullied

      Pros

      There are some really great and knowledgeable people to work with and learn from and most...most are cooperative and helpful. I DID have a few wonderful supervisors who really helped me learn and progress

      Cons

      The previous post couldn't have said it better. Leadership is completely out of touch and does little to help anyone and is there to serve correctives. And once you hit one like that and you don't mesh..they will look for ways to get people out that they seem a threat..bc they ARE helpful.
