Toxic environment and they direct and macro manage you. Using project managers to manage Scrum and anti pattern is the order of the day. You can't have an input, not a good company to work though pay is good. No happiness as everyone is looking for who to tell on.

There are some really great and knowledgeable people to work with and learn from and most...most are cooperative and helpful. I DID have a few wonderful supervisors who really helped me learn and progress
Cons
The previous post couldn't have said it better. Leadership is completely out of touch and does little to help anyone and is there to serve correctives. And once you hit one like that and you don't mesh..they will look for ways to get people out that they seem a threat..bc they ARE helpful.
