      Pros

      When I first started at Bread Financial (Comenity Direct) in 2019 it honestly felt like a great place to grow a career. After layoffs and three different CEO's in the first 2 years, I noticed that everything started to change. One of the biggest pros in my opinion was the ability to work remotely or if you were close to all office you could come in. Working with an offshore team in India was absolutely amazing!

      Cons

      Micromanaging- The individuals running the deposit Operations program were absolutely ridiculous when it came to Micromanaging starting in 2022. The company used to focus allowing everyone to be autonomous as long as the work got done. As a lead I hated having to micromanage my offshore team. Another con was the lack of recognition if you didn't brown nose/suck up to upper management.

      Everyday is full of learning, you will learn from your co-workers and build healthy relationship with them

      Complex system, but I do believe that everything can be learn from.

      I've had a very positive experience working here. The work environment is supportive, colleagues are helpful, and management encourages professional growth. Overall, it's a great place to build a career.

      Cons

      No major concerns or areas that stand out as negative.
