Pros

Lots of good people working here. I respect the heck out of the C-Level execs and directors. They care and are working on interal culture shifts that are much needed.

Cons

Some culture things (that are currently shifting) that put unnecessary stress on the service departments. Those changes will have a huge impact on everything else

In the current environment, correct levels staffing is paramount to both the customer and employee experience. Great strides are being made in this area as we are very cognizant of the impact it has. We are proud to have such a high average length of employment and will continue to stay focused on our Values statement to grow our employee base to provide a world class experience for both our customers and employees

Pay was alright for the most part

Cons

Bad management. Tons of drama. No help when it's needed. Too high of unreasonable expectations. When there was snow on the ground, they cared more about moving RVs and not at all about how slick it was. They still expected you not to lose control and safely transport units
