      Freedom to do what is right, exceedingly congenial working climate, co-workers friendly and content, managers are considerate and thoughtful, CEO is a true visionary open to new ideas. Benefits are great:: for example, we are PAID to do public service four days a year - our choice. The products we make are a genuine benefit to mankind. Business is growing.

      There is a good work/life balance. There is also opportunity to build your career as much as you can in your position because there is so much to do

      Cons

      Not enough resources and often a lot of pressure from upper management to get things done in an unreasonable timeline given the lack of resources.
