Pros
As entry level got to learn a lot about the system , and got very well experienced by working there recruiting people to work at different warehouses.
Cons
Very early schedule. Is not convenient for parents with small children due to schedule interfering with school schedule. Also they had me cover in different offices and different companies unexpectedly from one day to another for the same pay rate. Did not like the unstability of switching me around in all these different offices and location in northern nj.
