RNs are sent everywhere to do admissions, you will have 1 admission in Victorville and then sent to Hemet for another one. Field staff is a revolving door, unable to keep staff due to empty promises and crazy working conditions. Territories they promise you are a lie. Payroll never pays you correctly. Management is a mess. Its is a market run company that puts patient care last as well as employees. High acuity patients are accepted and then management will deny patient wound supplies or plurex drain supplies putting patients at risk for infection and rehospitalization. The CEO only cares about money and nothing else.
