      Remote working for 3+ years of experience

      Cons

      Clients they have, atleast the one which I'm working does not use microservice architecture and use in house framework which is not useful for current market which asks Spring boot, SQL and other related things which they don't use. They might include microservices and spring boot in interview process but not useful for my project.

      Decent pay, good people, and remote company.

      Cons

      Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore. Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange. Promotions only given to offshore team members. No culture - the culture is getting the company more money. Poor change management process, yet lots of changes.
