Thank you for providing feedback. We are glad to hear you are enjoying Emtec's flexible work environment ! Emtec has a corpo-preneurial culture that provides tremendous support for growth, innovation and empowerment to make decisions at an individual level.
We have been on a significant growth trajectory and have gone through several acquisitions as part of our growth strategy - especially last FY. These activities brought about changes in our Organization structure as we have integrated new team members and offerings. We believe these recent changes better position Emtec for continued success and provide our Associates with opportunities for growth.
Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore.
Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange.
Promotions only given to offshore team members.
No culture - the culture is getting the company more money.
Poor change management process, yet lots of changes.
