      Cons

      Management is very inconsiderate. Tech leads lack leadership skills. On the basis of tenure and technical skills they are in the role . My lead did not even have proper communication skills .No personal life boundaries, wfh means expectation of being available whole day.

      Decent pay, good people, and remote company.

      Cons

      Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore. Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange. Promotions only given to offshore team members. No culture - the culture is getting the company more money. Poor change management process, yet lots of changes.
