No pros, they give you work from home and will monitor every second of your.
Cons
Every April they restructure themselft and layoff employees. A friend of mine is terminated with 11 people in a meeting. They forced employees to resign even though one of them joined just 5 months back. They give you work from home and a good salary but no security of job. I am working this so that anyone who is reading and willing to join be aware.
