      Pros

      They provide you great learning experience by giving you responsibilities even if you do not have previous experience doing that. They constantly send you for different training programs to improve you technical and commercial knowledge

      Cons

      They need to implement a proper process in the company to handle the order which comes in from the customers. Senior employees of the company disrespect the new employees and try to take advantage of them

We value and respect each of our employees input while conducting business with our clients and hence encourage our associates to share their ideas for improvement with their direct Manager or Emtec Management Team. We also have an open-door communication, associates are encouraged to work with their direct manager or HR in setting up steps for their career path.

      Decent pay, good people, and remote company.

      Cons

      Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore. Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange. Promotions only given to offshore team members. No culture - the culture is getting the company more money. Poor change management process, yet lots of changes.
