9yThanks for your feedback. Inclusion and diversity are fundamental elements of Emtec’s culture and values. We recognize that the best solutions come from many different sources. In addition, we promote a culture of flexibility as opposed to micro-management, open communication at all levels, and a fun working atmosphere.
We have gone through several acquisitions which is part of our growth strategy. Although these activities brought about changes as we integrated new team members and offerings, we believe these recent changes better position Emtec for continued success and provide our Associates with opportunities for growth.
