Pros
Great Atmosphere. Less Politics. Good and challenging work. Pro Employee Policies like free food and Movie of the month. Senior Management is pro employee and is open to listening to your voice. Flat heirarchy, so you can literally talk to anyone in the office without any inhibitions. Good appraisals for good performers.
Cons
Work hours can get demanding for some projects. Since opportunities within the company may be presented based on seniority and not on talent, this can get quite frustrating to top performers.
