The Career path was not a reality, was always interesting work to do, just no upward mobility. Managers did not take the review process seriously.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. At Emtec, we strive to ensure our Associates have the opportunity to progress in their careers. We've taken steps to improve the tools for both employees and managers for goals and performance. As you know, this FY we've invested in and rolled out a new enterprise tool that we feel will help in this process.
We encourage you to include your training goals in the system and to share the specific course details with your manager and/or HR-US@emtecinc.com so a training plan can be put into place if you do not have one.
Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore.
Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange.
Promotions only given to offshore team members.
No culture - the culture is getting the company more money.
Poor change management process, yet lots of changes.
