8yThank you for sharing your feedback. At Emtec, we strive to ensure our Associates have the opportunity to progress in their careers. We've taken steps to improve the tools for both employees and managers for goals and performance. As you know, this FY we've invested in and rolled out a new enterprise tool that we feel will help in this process.
We encourage you to include your training goals in the system and to share the specific course details with your manager and/or HR-US@emtecinc.com so a training plan can be put into place if you do not have one.
