I've worked at Emtec for over 5 yrs now and truly enjoy the people I work with and the flexibility to achieve work-life balance, or attempt to! Dependent on role/location, employees can work from home, are provided many collaboration tools and reviews are done annually. Benefits are good. People of at all levels are approachable. Positions itself at cutting edge of technology. Innovative
Cons
Company runs lean - therefore most roles are at peak or near peak levels. The company seems to re-align on a yearly basis which can be a pro/con as they assess market and align with the needs. Not all areas of the company feel the impact but if you do not handle change well then this may not be the place for you. Took awhile to settle from the acquisitions done a couple years ago.
