We are disappointed to hear about your experience. We pride ourselves on having a corpo-preneurial culture that provides tremendous support for growth, innovation, and empowerment to make decisions at an individual level.
We acknowledge that some onshore and offshore coordination varied by project in the past. We have recently made internal shifts in our organizational structure over the last 6 months to more tightly align these teams for improved communication and teamwork.

Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore.
Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange.
Promotions only given to offshore team members.
No culture - the culture is getting the company more money.
Poor change management process, yet lots of changes.
