      Pros

      Good work culture. Flexible work time. Provide free lunch and breakfast. HR are so enthusiastic to celebrate each and every festival and encourage peoples to participate.

      Cons

      I am working here from last 4 years and there are no such cons which have seen in these years. Project switch is tough task here once you settled in one project, management never give you project switch.

      Decent pay, good people, and remote company.

      Cons

      Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore. Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange. Promotions only given to offshore team members. No culture - the culture is getting the company more money. Poor change management process, yet lots of changes.
