      Peers are very helping, Team Environments is positive, The internal quality of communication and interaction is strong, Flexi Timings.

      Cons

      Leadership and management are just fine, Need improvements in policies. Company has its own speed of adopting the growth, regardless of pace at which an individual has to grow.

      Decent pay, good people, and remote company.

      Cons

      Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore. Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange. Promotions only given to offshore team members. No culture - the culture is getting the company more money. Poor change management process, yet lots of changes.
