We hope you have been able to participate in the wellness, yoga, men's day, women's day, independence day and project-level team building events offered virtually during the pandemic. We look forward to resuming them in person once it is safe to do so.

      Decent pay, good people, and remote company.

      Cons

      Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore. Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange. Promotions only given to offshore team members. No culture - the culture is getting the company more money. Poor change management process, yet lots of changes.
