      Pros

      Extremely flexible, decent benefits, been with the company a short time and already advancing up. I could see myself with this company for quite some time.

      Cons

      At this point in time I cannot say anything bad. I have been with the company for a short period of time and have already seen a much better work environment than my previous employment.

      Pros

      Decent pay, good people, and remote company.

      Cons

      Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore. Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange. Promotions only given to offshore team members. No culture - the culture is getting the company more money. Poor change management process, yet lots of changes.
