      * Employee oriented approach followed by the management * Good work culture and extremely open environment * Management is good and checks everything before implementing anything * I would definitely recommend this company for everyone to work

      In some projects there are few people who does politics, but this happens in any company

      Decent pay, good people, and remote company.

      Cons

      Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore. Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange. Promotions only given to offshore team members. No culture - the culture is getting the company more money. Poor change management process, yet lots of changes.
