      Pros

      Have very long association with Emtec. Its a great place to work, for career growth and also for opportunities to learn latest technologies and to stay ahead of curve. Management is also professional and strives to create a perfect working environment.

      Cons

      Could invest more in hardware, so engineers could have better and faster machines.

      Decent pay, good people, and remote company.

      Cons

      Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore. Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange. Promotions only given to offshore team members. No culture - the culture is getting the company more money. Poor change management process, yet lots of changes.
