4yWe appreciate this 5* review recognizing our focus on employee satisfaction! We do occasionally require flexibility on work hours based on project assignments due to varied client timezones and the challenge of getting required global team members on calls but typically this is occasional and not required on a daily basis for long periods. In the occasion that it is, we typically adjust the regular working hours for the term of the project.
