Pros
Great work-life balance. Flexible with working arrangements as needed. Good benefits, recently introduced open PTO plan and seem to be new initiatives/improvements. Mostly collaborative team. Regular quarterly company communications and more as needed. Encourage open door policy.
Cons
Some groups lack the lack 'company vision' are are too focused on their specific needs. Still experiencing the odd pain point from previous acquisitions with regards to those who resist 'new company'.
