      Pros

      Great projects. Excellent hikes. Great work culture. Top level Management is caring and gives personal attention to employees.

      Cons

      Some project managers don't interact with employees more and only show up when something goes wrong. Recruiters need to up their game in terms of recruiting best talent in the industry, there's quantity but no quality. No work life balance for some projects.

      Decent pay, good people, and remote company.

      Cons

      Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore. Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange. Promotions only given to offshore team members. No culture - the culture is getting the company more money. Poor change management process, yet lots of changes.
