Pros
really good flexibility with opportunities to make your own schedule (within reason) open PTO policy, upper management that actively tries to get feedback from their employees
Cons
while getting better, they still lack a collaborative feel within teams. everyone is out for themselves.
Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore.
Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange.
Promotions only given to offshore team members.
No culture - the culture is getting the company more money.
Poor change management process, yet lots of changes.
