      Good project( at least the one I was in), good managers and HRs Friendly and professional environment Great Hikes even in covid times Free lunch and snacks

      Some project has work life balance issues Most people are from MH so needs some diversity

      Decent pay, good people, and remote company.

      Cons

      Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore. Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange. Promotions only given to offshore team members. No culture - the culture is getting the company more money. Poor change management process, yet lots of changes.
