      Good community. Great boss. The PTO and benefits are amazing. Love the people I work with.

      You either hit your quota or you don't get paid for any of it.

      Pros

      Decent pay, good people, and remote company.

      Cons

      Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore. Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange. Promotions only given to offshore team members. No culture - the culture is getting the company more money. Poor change management process, yet lots of changes.
