Pros

WFH all 5 days a week, mgmt saving huge bucks in rent, electricity. Not paying internet allowance even after 3+ years of Working From Home. Get lots of chance to lick management's feet. If they approve you as their pet Or you provide them with inside information aka gossips your life is settled.

Cons

Low experience people who are in emtec since years rule. They get 5 star rating everytime. All perks including onsite. Others won't even considered. Third class management, you will see very senior guys gossing loudly, roaming in sleepers. One guy even keep his legs on table while people are seating in front. That's how they treat employees. Pure slavery.

At Emtec, we are very interested in creating a work environment where employees can do their best work. We have shown a great deal of flexibility with our work from home policy during the pandemic period and beyond. We have cultivated a culture that is welcoming to all employees, and we believe there is great opportunity to grow one's career here at Emtec. We also welcome feedback about how we can improve and make Emtec an even better place to work. I want to extend a personal invitation to the employee who posted this feedback to speak with me directly and share more information about his/her employment experience. Our dedication to creating a great work environment is genuine, and I would welcome the chance to hear more from this employee.

Pros

Decent pay, good people, and remote company.

Cons

Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore. Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange. Promotions only given to offshore team members. No culture - the culture is getting the company more money. Poor change management process, yet lots of changes.
