      Pros

      I thought pros were that it is a small company. Big mistake, not only a small company but also small thinking

      Cons

      Many - they are only looking for a rolodex. Very hard to understand their technical people. Disaster when taking them to meetings as the ones I worked with, vey poor accent.

      Decent pay, good people, and remote company.

      Cons

      Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore. Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange. Promotions only given to offshore team members. No culture - the culture is getting the company more money. Poor change management process, yet lots of changes.
