We agree, our people are great and we are glad to hear that you enjoy working with the Emtec team. As you know, we are a global company and our global workforce reflects a wealth of experiences, cultures, and backgrounds which allows us to develop creative solutions for our clients. Depending on the solution developed/offered some of the projects get outsourced. We value each of our employee’s input while conducting business and encourage our associates to share ideas for improvement to their direct Managers or Emtec Management team. We have been on a significant growth trajectory and have gone through several acquisitions as part of our growth strategy These activities brought about changes/growth requiring more upper management positions. We have been integrating new team members and we believe these recent changes better position Emtec for continued success and provide our Associates with opportunities for growth.
