      Good company but poor client management and low hikes - Node Js Developer Bridgenext Employee Review

      Good base pay. Culture is good , flexible and clean

      Cons

      Unlimited holidays is a scam, most employees don't take more than a week in the entire year. More than 2 weeks long vacation is very hard to be approved, Very low hikes around 2-3% which is lower than industry average

      Thank you for your 4-star rating! We are glad that you are enjoying our work culture and you feel like you are being paid competitively for your work. Our vacation or Paid Time Off (PTO) policy for our employees allows for an employee to take up to four weeks off at one time. We certainly do have employees who take this amount of vacation at one time--but it does require planning and enough advance notice for the manager so proper work coverage can be arranged. Taking advantage of unlimited vacation is more than possible--it just takes advance planning and proper notice to the employee's manager.

      Decent pay, good people, and remote company.

      Cons

      Layoffs about every 3 months. Leadership doesn’t disclose. You’ll be looking to reach out to someone about a project and find out they’re not even there anymore. Leadership and management provide little to no training/information yet expect you to perform as if you did. It’s actually very strange. Promotions only given to offshore team members. No culture - the culture is getting the company more money. Poor change management process, yet lots of changes.
