Pros

Made get friends within my region. Loved my director and Co workers. We built a family and it was so amazing to depend and reach out to my team for help.

Cons

The company is ran by the family. So if if aren't loved by the family they kick you to the curb.. They don't do raises now so they take away a lot of money for the employees. They over work and won't let you clock the time. You get very little recognition and way more negative feedback. They don't train or coach even though "they have coaches". They quit working for the families and focused more on how they can make money. Work for another ABA company. There are way better ones who value their employees and want to build you up. The owner is awful and so is the higher management. The owner straight up came to the center and said "well we will just get rid of everyone and start over. Hire better people" although the people they had were there for over 4 years.

Bridgeway Integrated Healthcare Services Response

Sounds like you suffered from the Fallout from a toxic director who gaslighted everyone leaving the families and remaining employees to deal with the aftermath. Our center is and will be stronger because of it. We will hire the right people not the best, and everyone is entitled to their opinions so thank you for sharing yours.

Pros

I like the benefits and people, they do alot for culture. Has a lower turnover rate than other ABA companies. They invest heavily in leadership development.

Cons

Can be rough if you dont ask questions or ask for support. Seems like alot of people quit, but their turnover is like 40% less than the industry average.

Pros

There are a lot of protocols in place that help behavior interns and early career BCBAs in learning skills that will make them better clinicians. They give good feedback and provide opportunities for growth (with some parameters). Depending on the location, the directors can be really supportive and will do their best!

Cons

There is not much support, at all, for people who are further in their career or are experiencing life changes. For being a company lead by a woman and where the majority of company leadership is women, they do not do much to support women or the families of their staff. They also demonstrate extreme favoritism towards anyone who works their way up in the company. If you come in as a BCBA without having worked their as a RBT or intern, you likely aren't going to get the same opportunities.
