Pros

-If you are new to being a therapist, this is a good place to start. There are lots of brains to pick -Within the division, supervision is good quality -It is unlikely you would find yourself bored or without clients. If you are willing to put in the hours you can make the top end of the productivity range -The clients are largely enjoyable to work with -Decent (7/10) health insurance policy -Lots of PTO -Encourages work life balance

Cons

-There is a low ceiling for clinicians in terms of earning unless you take a management job, which largely takes you out of the clinical role and has a high degree of stress -Some divisions are cliquey, Adult OPS is less so -There is a lot of pressure to take on new clients frequently -Administration is stagnant and complacent. New projects tend to fall under the same people who do things one way

Pros

Time off is very generous. Company also is committed to it's clients and staff. New programs and growth in the company. Positive and supportive work environment. Management is very visible and tries to resolve issue. They also are trying to get more funding to increase salaries. Lots of opportunities.

Cons

Money & benefits are low due to lower insurance reimbursement mental health. Union is a challenge because it goes out of it's way to protect bad workers and several reps continually make it a us versus them with management and continue to bring up things that happened years ago and the people are no longer here.
