Working there has given me a perspective of how things get done there. The way they work is very messy. When starting to work there you are not allowed to ask any questions whatsoever. The team is not communicating in any way like robots. They treat you nice beg you to come work there but when you start you understand they bring a couple of interns to check them out and select a few of them.
