all of these negative reviews on multiple sites speaks volumes to the type of company this is. low paying, only care about putting money in their own pockets, limited opportunity to grow with company. would rather you fill out paperwork all day than supervise/ interact with children. you were frowned upon/ made to feel guilty every time you have to ask for time off/ call in sick even though you are entitled to time off. ESPECIALLY if you couldn't find a supply to cover your shift. a lot of times i would just show up to work sick because i couldnt find anyone to cover my shift and feared being written up/ scolded by my supervisor who constantly instilled fear in her staff.
