Cool and friendly people, free snacks, ability to wear multiple hats & learn a lot, quarterly profit sharing, management has open attitude towards change/improvements

Cons

Company is growing rapidly and is in need of a true HR department, typical growing pains

The work there was fascinating. The Quality Engineering Team I was on was a great team and very welcoming.

Cons

The keyboard I was sent didn't work for testing the hardware.

Pros

The team I work on is great! I feel valued and appreciated. No micromanagement, you are treated as an individual and adult. Very family friendly and a work-life balance is supported and encouraged

Cons

Team bonding is not the same across departments. you definitely see other teams do more with each other, but I am sure if it was vocalized it could change. We also have a remote environment, so I do not really know anyone else outside of my department
