It has been fun to watch the company grow, constantly achieving above and beyond it's quarterly goals. Another perk of the smaller sized company is that you will have the opportunity to wear multiple hats and manage a variety of projects. Cons
BrightSign is working on formalizing policies and procedures. For new employees, training can require patience and understanding as we are still filling the gaps. The company also struggles with having a "TRUE" HR department.
